As an important supplier of Chongqing Melax’s production line, we are well aware of the decisive role of equipment performance in production capacity and quality. Relying on the technical accumulation in the field of mechanical manufacturing over the years, we have customized high – end equipment suitable for Melax’s production needs, helping it build the ET fiber production line with the largest single – line production capacity in the world. The daily production capacity of this production line exceeds 80 tons, refreshing the global single – line production efficiency record of ET fiber, and defining a new industry standard with the rare characteristics of “high – precision, high – stability, and high – automation”. From the original design of core equipment to the efficient adaptation of the production process, with our exquisite manufacturing technology and strict quality control, we have provided a solid equipment support for Melax’s large – scale production. As a result, the first production line put into operation in 2023 achieved an annual output of 7,000 tons, the production capacity increased to 14,000 tons in 2024, the second production line planned to be put into operation in 2026 is expected to have a production capacity of 40,000 tons, and in the next three years, it will move towards the goal of an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons.
In the field of technological R & D, we have joined hands with Melax to overcome many technical barriers in the production of ES and ET composite fibers. The two sides have deeply explored foreign cutting – edge process technologies, combined with local innovative needs, and achieved the intelligent upgrade of the whole link from quality inspection to process optimization. Our technical team covers many professional fields such as mechanical automation engineering and polymer material application. We have established a collaborative innovation mechanism of industry – university – research with Melax and many key domestic universities, and made breakthrough progress in key areas such as closed – loop blowing technology, significantly improving the product stability compared with the conventional industry technology. As of 2024, the cumulative investment in the R & D projects jointly promoted by the two sides is considerable, and a number of core patents have been formed, including many invention patents with important industry influence. These achievements have passed the international authoritative certifications such as SGS and ISO9001/14001, demonstrating our strength and responsibility in the field of technological innovation.
Upholding the same social responsibility concept as Melax, we have always adhered to the concept of green environmental protection and sustainable development in the process of equipment R & D and manufacturing. According to the characteristics of Melax’s bio – based ES fiber, which uses polylactic acid (PLA) biodegradable fiber, we have incorporated environmental protection considerations into the production line design, helping it achieve the ecological goal of completely degrading the product into carbon dioxide and water within 6 – 12 months. At the same time, in line with Melax’s green – manufacturing needs in the production process, we have optimized the equipment energy – consumption design, reducing the unit energy – consumption and carbon – emission intensity by 20% compared with the industry average level, and provided equipment – adaptation support for the promotion of its 3.2 – megawatt photovoltaic solar power generation project, jointly fulfilling the sustainable development commitment of energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection.
