ES is the short form of “Ethylene-Propylene Side By Side”, a kind of eye-catching polyolefin fiber developed by Japan Chisso Company. As a kind of new hot junction complex fiber,ES fiber is thought high in the world.
After heat treatment,ES fiber was joined together, forming a non-woven mould .
Different non-woven fabrics can be got according to different heat treatment method.
Such as:
THROUGH-AIR → Loose non-woven fabrics
CALENDER → Non-woven fabrics with high strength.
ES fiber has wide processing applicability. It can be used in almost all non-woven fabrics processing method.
Such as: CALENDER, THROUGH-AIR, NEEDLE PUNCH, WET LAID, AIR-LAID, SPUNLACE.

Variety and characteristic of ES fiber

Bicomponent Fibre means two or more polymer that cannot be mixed together at fibre cross section. Mainly can be divided into Sheath/core, Split, Island in the sea, Trilobal and Mixture type, etc.
The Bicomponent Fibre plant takes two different Chips as raw material, with high pressure melt spinning process engineering and VFD controlled Spinning & Stretching process engineering to produce Bicomponent Staple Fibre. Single plant capacity is 10T.P.D. to 50T.P.D.
When designing Bicomponent Equipment, our Engineers had fully considered the differences like Inherent Viscosity, Melt Point, fluid characteristics between different polymers. Based on this, excellent Spinning System design come to come to fulfillment. From the Extruder, two piece melt flow delivered to every spinning position of spin beam is uniform, equal quantity, same speed.
