Vietnam ARITEX 30 TPD Polypropylene Production Line Successfully Commissioned
Our Complete Chemical Fiber Equipment Supports Geosynthetic Industry Upgrade in Southeast Asia
📌 Project Overview
• Client: Vietnam ARITEX Geotextile Joint Stock Company
• Project: 30 TPD Polypropylene (PP) Spinning Complete Production Line
• Status: Full-line commissioning completed, successfully started up in one pass
• Results: Stable equipment operation, capacity and process indicators all meeting standards
🏭 About ARITEX: Vietnam’s Leading Geosynthetic Manufacturer
Vietnam Geotextile Joint Stock Company (ARITEX), founded in 2002, has been deeply engaged in the geosynthetic materials field for over 20 years. As Vietnam’s largest and market-leading professional geotextile manufacturer, ARITEX holds complete ISO 9001 quality management system certification.
Product coverage: Staple fiber and filament nonwoven geotextiles, composite impermeable membranes, drainage boards (PVD), geogrids, and other full-range engineering materials
Application areas:
- • Vietnam’s North-South Expressway, ports, water conservancy, and other national key infrastructure projects
- • Environmental landfill, aquaculture, and other livelihood projects
- • Products exported to Southeast Asia, Australia, and Eastern European countries
💡 Cooperation background: Previously, ARITEX relied heavily on imported polypropylene fibers, resulting in high production costs and limited supply lead times. Building a self-owned PP spinning production line to achieve raw material self-sufficiency has been a core part of the company’s development strategy.
⚙️ Customized Solution: Full-Process Closed Loop from Design to Commissioning
Based on ARITEX’s positioning in engineering geotextile production, our technical team conducted on-site investigations of the plant’s working conditions, raw material characteristics, and end-product requirements. We purposefully optimized the extrusion, spinning, drawing, and crimping processes of the entire PP production line to precisely match the production standards for high-strength geotextile fibers.
Full-process service system:
1. ✅ Solution design and process optimization
2. ✅ Core equipment manufacturing and complete accessory matching
3. ✅ Overseas on-site installation guidance
4. ✅ Process commissioning and parameter optimization
5. ✅ Operator training and technology transfer
Project highlights:
- • Engineers stationed throughout the project to resolve implementation challenges on-site
- • Efficiently overcame multiple challenges including cross-border logistics, site adaptation, and local power supply compatibility
- • Achieved “delivery equals commissioning, commissioning equals meeting standards”
📊 Commissioning Results: Stable 30 TPD Output, All Indicators Meeting Standards
Since the production line was officially put into operation, it has stably achieved a daily output of 30 tons of polypropylene fiber, with all core indicators meeting the requirements for high-end geotextile production:
| Indicator | Performance |
| Daily output | Stable 30 tons |
| Fiber uniformity | Meets high-end geotextile standards |
| Breaking strength | Up to standard |
| Aging resistance | Up to standard |
Customer value:
- 🔹 Completely resolved the bottleneck of external raw material procurement
- 🔹 Significantly reduced overall production costs
- 🔹 Supported expansion of domestic and overseas engineering material supply capacity
🌍 Market Significance: Deepening Southeast Asia Presence, Building Global Chemical Fiber Intelligent Manufacturing
This cooperation is a landmark project for our complete chemical fiber equipment in the Southeast Asian market. Relying on mature PP spinning complete technology, customized R&D capabilities, and a comprehensive overseas delivery service system, we continue to provide integrated production line solutions to geosynthetic and nonwoven fabric enterprises in Vietnam, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Future outlook:
We will continue to deepen our presence in the overseas chemical fiber intelligent manufacturing sector, providing reliable equipment and professional technical services to support Southeast Asian new material enterprises in improving their industrial chain layout, and building a bridge for China-foreign fiber equipment industry cooperation.Vietnam ARITEX 30 TPD Polypropylene Production Line Successfully Commissioned
